3rd Bday and Easter

The girls had several Egg hunts this year and loved it. T.B. got the whole competitive nature of it this year and thankfully did well, which avoided a melt-down of "I didn't get as many...." We also got to really explain (and have them somewhat understand) the meaning of Christ's atonement, ressurection, and why we celebrate the holiday. It was definitely a memorable Easter!

For Riley's 3rd birthday, we had a party at the Buda City Park cowgirl style! She wore her new boots and we had fun playing on the playscape and doing the pinata. Then we went to Momsie and Pop's house for Easter, but first opened birthday gifts.

Riley is such a busy girl with a spunky and humerous personality. At 3, she loves her sisters, always wanting to hold and help with Blakely, loves shoes, is determined, not so fond of animals (except our dog), puts together her daily ensembles with perfect matching, and generally loves life. We love our big girl so much and are so thankful for the blessing she is to our family.
