This past weekend, Blake and I were able to go--by ourselves-- to Lubbock!!!! We had so much fun! It was wonderful being just us and getting to do anything and everything we wanted for the whole two and a half days! We got to go to the Tech game, went to the temple, ate at all our favorite places, got new Tech merchandise, took pictures around campus, and went to our jeweler to get Blake's ring re-sized. We even got autographed pictures of the Masked Rider personalized for the girls. Besides the somewhat tedious six-hour drive each way (which we got quite used to back in our college days), it was an awesome trip!

Raiderland. I LOVE when they high-knee run out on the field to the drums. It's my favorite part of the game!
He was smiling because the game hadn't started yet...he gets a little anxious and worked up once plays start to happen, and it's hard to have a intelligible word with him. Luckily we won.
